I wasn't expecting it to be as crowded as it was at such a late hour, but it wasn't as bad as during the week with the camp kids. We walked in and saw the giant fish tank. Meredith loves to see the fishies. There was one fish I hadn't seen before. It was a hogfish. This thing was UGLY. It had tusks & really looked like a warthog.

What sean thought of the giant fish tank.

We saw some seals, penguins and my fave, the otter.

Then it was off to the shark tank. We watched the sharks swim around & around in the same circle and all I could think of was a bit from Jeff Dunham about NASCAR racing. "He's making a left turn. He's making another left turn." Meredith loves the shark tank. There are huge turtles in the tank. We didn't get pictures of them this time, but she saw them & loves them.

Meredith walked through the jellyfish house with daddy. She made him go this way & that way. She saw some sea horses. Then it was explore the shore time. Meredith climbed up tried to see over the top of the tank. She didn't want to hear that the exhibit was through the tank.

And then we were off to see the seals, walrus, otter and a few other things from underneath. Sean couldn't have cared less about this part either, but Meredith wanted Sean to get up & see too. And then whenever we tried to mosy onto the next tank, Meredith would run back to the seals saying "seals!"

What sean thought of the seals.

Yesterday our day started like any other. We woke up, had some breakfast ran some errands and the kids took naps. When Meredith woke up, Sean was already up & on the mat. She sat right down next to him & started talking to him. And then, much to my surprise, Sean started making sounds back. I couldn't believe it. Are they not the cutest together?

Our neighbors downstairs had a bbq. They invited us to come. Which I thought was very nice. We ate, met new people & watched Meredith make herself very comfy with the older girls. It's so cute to watch her. Even she ate. I was shocked. Her favorite fruit was served, watermelon, and she had 6 pieces. Of course this meant she needed a bath when she came up, but she didn't care. She had cake and played some more. Then it was time for bed.

looks like a fun weekend.
